AdBatch

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

How the tool works, what it stores, what it costs and where its limits are.

Do I need an account to try AdBatch?

No. Open the app and a finished example project is already loaded. Change it, or use your own photo, and make as many ads as you like. You are asked for an account at the moment you save a project or download a file.

What do I need to get started?

One product photo (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 12 MB) and one sentence about the product. A price, an offer, who it is for and three selling points are optional, and each one gives the copywriter more to work with.

Where do my photos go?

They are opened and worked on in your browser. A photo is only sent to the server when you save a project, where it is stored inside that project so you can reopen it. Making, previewing and downloading ads does not upload the photo.

Does AdBatch need AI to work?

No. The layouts, the background remover, the color suggestions and the copywriter all run without any AI service. On a WordPress install where the owner has added an OpenRouter key, Pro accounts can also ask for AI-written copy and AI-generated backgrounds. Those two extras are not part of the preview build.

Which sizes can I download?

Five: 1080 × 1080 square, 1080 × 1350 portrait, 1080 × 1920 story, 1200 × 628 landscape and 1200 × 1200 large square. Every layout adapts to every size.

How many layouts are there?

Twelve: Full photo, Split block, Product card, Price burst, Editorial, Sticker, Diagonal band, Duotone, Three points, Story stack, Arch window and Big type. The Layouts page draws all of them live.

How does the background remover work, and when does it fail?

It works inwards from the four corners of the photo and removes the backdrop color it finds there, so it needs a plain studio background. A busy background, or a product the same color as its backdrop, will not cut cleanly. When that happens the tool says so and uses the photo as it is.

Can I use my own colors, logo and fonts?

Colors and logo, yes: three brand colors (typed, picked or suggested from the photo) and a logo in PNG, SVG, JPG or WebP. Fonts are chosen from eight bundled pairs; uploading your own font files is not supported.

Will the text always fit and stay readable?

The engine measures every line, picks the largest size that fits and wraps it in balanced lines. If space is tight it leaves out the least important line before it lets a headline get small. Text color is checked against the background for 4.5 to 1 contrast and corrected automatically.

What exactly do I get when I download?

A PNG or JPG of one ad, or a ZIP of everything you selected. The ZIP has a folder per size and a copy.csv with every headline, sub-line and button text, plus five ready social captions.

What counts as an export?

Each image file you download counts as one export. Making ads, previewing, starring and fine-tuning are not counted. The Free plan includes 12 exports a month, each with a small “Made with AdBatch” corner mark.

What is the 100 exports pack?

A one-off purchase of 100 export credits for $19, for when you do not need a subscription. Credits are used before your monthly allowance, and an export paid for with a credit has no corner mark.

How does Pro billing work?

Pro is $39 a month, paid by card through Stripe. If the subscription is canceled, the account goes back to the Free plan when the subscription ends. Your saved projects and brand kits stay in your account.

Does AdBatch publish the ads or connect to my ad accounts?

No. It makes the image files and the copy. You upload them wherever you post or advertise.

Will these ads sell more?

We cannot promise that, and nobody honestly can. What AdBatch gives you is a quick way to get clean, readable, on-brand ads in the right sizes, with several headlines to test against each other. How they perform depends on your product, your offer and who sees them.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Every step works on a phone screen: the preview sits at the top, the main button stays at the bottom, and downloads save to your device.

Your product photo is the only thing missing.

The example project is already loaded. Swap in your own photo and see your first batch in about a minute.

Try it freeNo sign-up to try. An account is only asked for when you save or download.
