Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AdBatch is a tool for making product ads, operated by Agent Creative, a web studio in Connecticut, USA. In this policy “we” means Agent Creative and “the service” means this website and the AdBatch tool on it.

If you have a question about your data or want to make a request, use the Contact page.

2. The short version

• You can try the tool without an account. Until you save or download, everything stays in your browser.
• Your product photos are opened and edited on your own device. A photo reaches our server only when you save a project.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos or projects for advertising or to train AI models.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

3. What we collect

Account details

When you create an account we store your email address, a password (stored as a hash, never in readable form), and your plan. We keep a count of the exports and AI backgrounds you use each month, the number of credits you hold, and the dates of plan changes.

What you save

When you save a project we store its contents as one record: the product details you typed, your brand name, colors, font choice and logo, the product photo (re-encoded to fit the record), the headlines and captions, your choices of layouts and sizes, and the adjustments you made to each ad. When you save a brand kit we store its name, colors, font choice and logo.

What stays on your device

Photos you open, the background remover, the ads you make and the files you download are all produced in your browser. They are not uploaded unless you save a project. The tool also keeps a small note in your browser's local storage, such as which project you last opened.

Messages

If you use the contact form we store your name, email address and message, and send a copy to our inbox, so that we can reply.

Technical records

Like every website, our server keeps standard logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. To limit abuse, sign-ups, contact messages and AI requests are rate-limited by IP address for a short time.

4. Optional AI features

On installs where AI is switched on, two features send data to a third party, and only when you press the button for them:

• AI-written copy sends the text of your brief (product name, description, selling points, price, offer, audience and tone) to the AI provider through OpenRouter. Your photo is not sent.
• AI backgrounds sends your description of the scene, a short text description of the product and the shape of the ad to an image model through OpenRouter. The picture that comes back is placed behind your product in your browser.

OpenRouter and the model providers process that content under their own terms. If you do not use these two buttons, nothing is sent to them. The preview build of AdBatch has no AI features at all.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use only what the service needs to work:

• Sign-in cookie. Set when you sign in, so you stay signed in. It is removed when you sign out or it expires.
• Local storage. Your browser remembers which project you last opened and similar small settings. In the preview build, where there is no server, your account, projects and brand kits are kept entirely in your browser's local storage and never leave it.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. If you pay through Stripe, Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page.

6. Payments

Paid plans and export packs are bought through Stripe Checkout. Stripe collects and processes your card details; we receive only confirmation of the payment, your email address, and identifiers that let us match the payment to your account and switch on your plan or credits. Stripe's handling of your data is described in Stripe's own privacy policy.

7. How we use information

• To provide the tool: sign you in, save and reopen your projects and brand kits, count exports against your plan.
• To take payment and apply plans and credits.
• To answer messages you send us and to send essential account emails such as a password reset.
• To keep the service secure and fix faults.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

8. Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the service: our hosting provider (stores the site and its database), Stripe (payments), our email provider (delivers account emails and contact messages), and, if you use the optional AI features, OpenRouter and the model provider it routes to. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

9. How long we keep it

Account details, projects and brand kits are kept while your account is open. You can delete projects and brand kits yourself in the tool at any time. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete the account and what was saved in it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with them. Server logs are kept for a limited period.

10. Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, such as objecting to certain processing. To make any request, use the Contact page. We will answer within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking.

11. Security

Passwords are stored hashed. Connections to the service are encrypted in transit when the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

12. Children

AdBatch is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant we will say so on the site or by email to account holders.
