    Tell us about the car

    Pick the vehicle type and say honestly what shape it is in. The form opens with an example already filled in, so you can see how it works before typing anything.

    Choose the service and any extras

    One main service, plus the extras that apply: pet hair, odor treatment, headlight restoration, engine bay. Each has its own typical range, and the total moves as you tick them.

    Say where and when

    Type your town or tap it on the dot map. Then say where the car will be, whether a water tap and a power outlet are nearby, and up to three days that suit you.

    Add photos if you like, then send

    Up to three photos help a detailer price accurately; they are made smaller on your device before they upload. Add a note, then your name, mobile number and email. That is the whole form.

    Compare the offers

    Up to 3 detailers can accept your request. Each one sends a price, the earliest day they can come and a short message. Offers are listed cheapest first, with each detailer’s badges and a link to their profile.

    Choose one and agree the time

    Choosing an offer shows you that detailer’s phone number and opens a message thread on the page. The other detailers are told the job has been filled, so nobody keeps chasing you.

    Mark it done and leave a rating

    When the car is finished, mark the job done and give it one to five stars, with a comment if you like. Your rating appears on the detailer’s profile under Verified jobs.

    • Only customers who booked through LocalMatch can rate

Your contact stays locked

A detailer sees the job, not who you are, until they accept. At most 3 can accept, so that is the most people who ever get your number.

The range is a guide

The typical price range comes from a rate table. It is there so offers make sense, not to fix a price. Detailers quote what the job needs.

Requests stay open 14 days

If no detailer covers your town yet, the request waits and reaches one the moment they start. You can cancel it whenever you like.
