Before you buy a credit
Do drivers pay anything?
No. Drivers never pay LocalMatch. They pay the detailer they choose for the work.
What exactly is a “lead”?
One customer request in a town you cover, for a service you offer. You can read the whole job before deciding. Accepting it spends one credit and unlocks the customer’s name, phone and email so you can send your price.
What does a lead cost?
One credit. With the packs that works out to about $13 a lead with the smaller pack and a little less with the larger one.
When is Territory worth it?
Territory is $99/mo for up to three towns, with every accepted lead in those towns included. Compare it with what you would spend on credits there in a month: if you would accept more than a handful of leads in your three towns, the flat fee costs less. If leads in your towns are still rare, stay on pay per lead.
Can I use credits and Territory together?
Yes. Territory covers your three towns. Credits still work for leads in any other town you cover.
Can I change my Territory towns?
You choose up to three towns on the Credits and plan screen once the plan is active, and you can change them there.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe Checkout. LocalMatch never sees or stores your card number.
Can I cancel Territory?
Yes, any time. It is month to month. Your profile stays listed and you go back to paying per lead.
