Which one

A plain way to choose.

Stay on Free

if you prospect now and then. It covers a few trades in your town each month, and enough saved reports to see how owners respond.

Move to Solo

when you are searching every week and want to keep track. The pipeline and CSV export are the reason to upgrade; the higher limits just get out of the way.

Pick Agency

when reports go out under an agency’s name and the SiteScout line should not be on them, or when more than a few towns a month are in play.

Billing questions

Limits, payment and canceling.

More answers in the FAQ

What counts as a search or an audit?

A search is one town and one business type. Running the same search again within a day is free. An audit is one homepage fetched; if the same site was already audited within a day, the saved result is used and it does not count.

Do the limits reset?

Yes. Searches, audits and reports are counted per calendar month and start again on the first.

Can I use it without paying at all?

Yes. Without an account you can run 2 searches and 3 live audits a day and try everything on the sample town. A free account gives you 3 searches, 5 audits and 1 saved report a month.

How does payment work?

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions paid by card through Stripe. SiteScout never sees or stores your card number.

How do I cancel?

Send a message through the Contact page from the email address on your account and the renewal is stopped. Reports you have already shared keep working.

What do PageSpeed scores need?

They come from Google’s PageSpeed Insights service and appear in an audit on the Agency plan when a Google API key has been saved in the SiteScout settings.
