Sample report

What lands in the owner’s inbox.

This is a report SiteScout generated for Quillhaven Family Dental, a business that does not exist, from an audit of its sample website. Yours look the same, with your name on them.

Sample Quillhaven Family Dental and Harbor Web Studio are made up. The report itself is real output: it was produced by the tool from its bundled sample page and printed to PDF with the tool’s own “Print or save as PDF” button.

01

The header and the score

Your logo and name sit at the top, with the date. Under it: who the report was prepared for, the score out of 100, the grade and a one-line verdict. The owner knows where they stand before reading a paragraph.

The sample report header: Harbor Web Studio logo, “Prepared for Quillhaven Family Dental”, score 14 out of 100, grade F.

02

A summary in plain sentences

Two short paragraphs: what was checked and when, the biggest things holding the site back, and what is already working. It is written from the findings and you can edit every word before you save.

03

What we found, biggest first

Each problem gets a name a business owner understands, why it matters to their customers, and the fix. Impact is marked high, medium or low. Leave out any you would rather not raise.

Four numbered problems from the sample report, each with “Why it matters” and “The fix”.

04

What works, and what a rebuild would include

The report gives credit where it is due, then lists what a new site would come with. The next-step box carries your name, phone, email and website.

The end of the sample report: what is already working, what a rebuild would include, and a next-step box with the sample agency’s contact details.

05

A way to answer

Under the report the owner finds a short form. Their reply is emailed to you, saved with the report, and the matching prospect moves to Replied.

Sending it

A link, a PDF, and a way to answer.

Saving a report gives it a private link. The owner opens a clean page with nothing on it but the report and your details: no SiteScout menu, no sign-up wall.

The public report page as the business owner sees it: the report on white paper with a “Print or save as PDF” button at the top.

  • Share link

Paste it into an email or a text. You can see how many times it has been opened, and deleting the report switches the link off.

  • Print or save as PDF

The same page has a print layout, so the PDF is clean: no buttons, no browser clutter. The download on this page was made that way.

  • An email to go with it

The builder drafts a subject and message from the findings. Copy it, or open it in your own email app. Nothing is sent for you.

  • Replies reach you

The owner’s answer is emailed to the address in My agency, and the matching prospect moves to Replied.

Making it yours

You decide what the report says.

Your details, once
Agency name, your name, phone, email, website, a one-line pitch, a logo and a color. Filled in once under My agency, printed on every report.
Leave things out
Untick any problem you would rather not raise. The summary rewrites itself to match.
Edit every word
The summary, the list of what a rebuild would include and the outreach email are all plain text boxes.
Whose mark is on it
Free and Solo reports carry a small “Report made with SiteScout” line in the footer. On Agency it is removed.
The report builder: agency details, summary and problems to include on the left, the live report preview on the right.
