ReviewLoop is made by Agent Creative, a small studio in Connecticut. This page says why it exists, how it is built, and what it will never do.

A local business lives on word of mouth, and reviews are where word of mouth is written down. The people who would happily say something kind are usually the ones who never get asked, or who get asked in a way that takes six taps and a search.
We wanted the smallest tool that does the whole job: ask every customer the same way, make saying yes a single tap, show the owner what happened, and help them answer what comes back. Nothing to install at the register, no marketing suite attached.

Each customer gets a personal link. “Opened” means they opened your review page from it; “clicked” means they pressed a review site button. There are no tracking pixels in the emails.
Suggested replies come from a rules-and-templates engine that reads the rating and the topics in a review. An AI model can be connected to the site; when one is, the screen says so.
Fonts, scripts and images are served from this site. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. Card payments go through Stripe and never touch our servers.
Some things would make the numbers look better and the business worse off. They are not in the tool, and they are not coming.
Star ratings, customer counts, logos of companies that use us, or quotes from delighted owners. ReviewLoop is new, and a tool about honest reviews should not open with borrowed praise. Every screenshot here is the real tool, and the bakery in them, Fernhill Bakery, is an example we made up so there would be something to look at.
The better test is your own: open the tool, put your business name in, and see whether the page, the card and the email look like something you would hand to a customer.

The photographs on this site are by independent photographers who share their work on Unsplash, used under the Unsplash License. They show real shops; none of them is a ReviewLoop customer.
