Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Agent Creative for using ReviewLoop, in plain language.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Agent Creative, a studio based in Connecticut, United States (“we”, “us”), which operates ReviewLoop. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use ReviewLoop on behalf of a business, you agree on that business’s behalf.
1. The service
ReviewLoop lets a business create a review page with links to its profiles on review sites, generate a QR code and print designs for that page, send review requests to its customers by email or text, see whether those requests were opened and clicked, receive private messages from customers, and get suggested replies to reviews. You can try the tool without an account; saving your work requires one.
2. Your account
Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract for your business.
3. Plans, limits and billing
- ReviewLoop has a Free plan and paid plans. The current plans, prices and what each includes are shown on the Pricing page.
- Each plan has limits, such as the number of review requests a month and the number of locations. When a limit is reached, the feature pauses until the next month or until you change plans. Nothing is deleted.
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe and renew each month until canceled.
- You can cancel at any time by sending a message through the Contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and your account then returns to the Free plan. We do not refund part-months unless the law requires it.
- If we change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal after we have told you by email.
4. Using ReviewLoop fairly and lawfully
You agree that you will:
- only add and contact people who are genuinely customers of your business, and only where you are allowed to contact them. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your messages, including email marketing rules and, for text messages, the rules on consent;
- not upload purchased, rented or scraped contact lists;
- respect every request to stop. ReviewLoop refuses further emails to an address that has opted out; do not work around it;
- not use the service to request, write or post fake reviews, reviews by staff or family who do not disclose who they are, or reviews in exchange for a reward where the review site or the law forbids it;
- follow the rules of the review sites you link to. Those sites decide what they publish and may change their rules at any time;
- not use the service to send anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or unrelated to asking for feedback about your business;
- not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other accounts.
We may suspend sending, or an account, if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken or the service is being used to send unwanted messages.
5. No review gating
ReviewLoop shows every customer the same page: your review sites and a private message box. It does not ask for a rating first and does not hide review sites from unhappy customers. You agree not to use ReviewLoop together with other tools or wording to filter which customers are invited to post a public review.
6. Suggested replies
Reply suggestions are drafts written by software. They may be wrong for your situation. You decide what to post, and you are responsible for what you post. ReviewLoop does not post replies for you.
7. Review sites and other third parties
Google, Yelp and Facebook are separate companies. ReviewLoop is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them, and their names and logos belong to their owners. We do not control whether a review is published, shown, filtered or removed by any review site. Payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms.
8. Your content
Your business details, logo, wording, customer lists and messages remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them as needed to run the service for you, for example to show your logo on your review page and to send the emails you ask us to send. You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload.
9. Our content
The ReviewLoop software, design, name and logo belong to Agent Creative. You may use the print designs and QR codes you generate for your own business without limit. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service itself.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and why. Where we handle your customers’ details, we do so on your behalf and on your instructions.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep ReviewLoop running and your data safe, but we do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you are paying for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of that month.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop using ReviewLoop and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we stop offering the service; if we stop offering it, we will give paying customers reasonable notice and a refund for any period paid for and not provided.
13. Disclaimers
ReviewLoop is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the service will increase the number or rating of your reviews, that messages will be delivered or opened, or that the service suits a particular purpose. Nothing in ReviewLoop, on this website or in its articles is legal advice.
14. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Agent Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
15. If your use causes a claim
If someone brings a claim against us because of messages you sent, content you uploaded, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages that result.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use ReviewLoop after a change means you accept the new terms.
18. Contact
Questions about these terms go through the Contact page.
