Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. It costs $0 and does not ask for a card. You get one location, your review page and QR code, the counter card, and a monthly allowance of review requests.
What counts as a review request?
Each email or text you send to a customer counts as one. An automatic reminder does not use up a request. The allowance starts again each month.
How do I pay?
Paid plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe Checkout. ReviewLoop never sees or stores your card number.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Plans are month to month. Send a message from the Contact page and we will change or cancel your plan; you keep what you paid for until the end of that month, and your review page keeps working on the Free plan.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?
Sending pauses until the next month or until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted, your review page and QR code keep working, and customers you have already added stay on your list.
Do I need Pro for the reply assistant?
To get replies to your own reviews, yes. On Free you can explore the assistant with the example review to see how it writes.
