What does ReviewLoop do?

It gives your business one review page with a button for each review site you use, a QR code for that page on print-ready designs, review requests by email or text that you can follow from sent to opened to clicked, and three suggested replies to any review you paste in.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. Open the tool and it loads an example business so you can click through every screen. You are asked for an account at the moment you save your own review page.

Does ReviewLoop filter customers by star rating?

No. Every customer sees the same page: all of your review sites, plus a private message box. ReviewLoop never asks for a star rating first and never hides review sites from unhappy customers. That practice is called review gating. Google’s review policy prohibits it and FTC guidance tells businesses not to do it, which is why asking everyone the same way is the safe way to ask.

Which review sites can I link to?

Google, Yelp and Facebook. Google is the one you need; Yelp and Facebook are optional. For Google you can paste your review link or your Place ID and ReviewLoop builds the link for you.

Where do I find my Google review link?

In your Google Business Profile choose “Ask for reviews” and copy the link. If you only have a Place ID, paste that instead; the setup screen shows the link customers will be sent to so you can check it.

Should I add my Yelp link?

That is your call. Yelp asks businesses not to request reviews and says its software may not recommend reviews that look prompted. Many businesses link only Google. The Yelp button appears on your page only if you add a Yelp link.

How are review requests sent?

By email, one at a time or a whole list at once, using wording you can edit. For text messages ReviewLoop writes the message with the customer’s personal link and opens it in your phone’s messaging app, so the text comes from your own number.

What do “opened” and “clicked” mean?

Opened means the customer opened your review page from their personal link. Clicked means they pressed one of the review site buttons. ReviewLoop does not put tracking pixels in emails, and it cannot see whether someone finished writing a review on Google, Yelp or Facebook.

Do reminders go out automatically?

On Pro and Multi, yes. A customer who has not clicked gets one reminder three days after the request, and never a second one. People who clicked or asked to stop are not reminded, and you can switch reminders off whenever you like.

Can a customer stop the emails?

Yes. Every request email carries a “stop these emails” link. Once someone uses it, ReviewLoop refuses to send them another request from your business.

What are the printables?

Four designs in your color with your logo and QR code: a 4 × 6 inch counter card, a table tent that folds from a letter sheet, a 3.5 × 2 inch receipt insert (the PDF is a sheet of ten with cut marks) and a 5 inch round window decal. Each downloads as a 300 dpi PNG and as a PDF. The counter card is on the Free plan; all four are on Pro and Multi.

How does the reply assistant write replies?

A built-in engine reads the star rating and the topics in the review, such as wait time, price, staff, quality, cleanliness, communication, scheduling and atmosphere, then writes three replies in different tones. Replies to low ratings apologize, never argue, never mention details about the customer, and invite a follow-up through the contact you choose. If this site is connected to an AI model, the screen says which one wrote the replies. Always read a reply before you post it.

Does ReviewLoop post replies or collect my reviews for me?

No. It does not log in to Google, Yelp or Facebook, does not fetch your reviews, and does not post anything. You paste a review in, copy the reply you like, and post it yourself.

What happens to private messages from customers?

They are stored in your private feedback inbox and emailed to the address you choose. They are not posted anywhere and only you can read them.

Can I use it for more than one location?

Multi covers up to five locations. Each location has its own review page, QR code, customers and numbers.
