Do I need an account to use the free board?
No. The board, the headline record and the ratings tables open without an account. You are asked for a free account at the moment you follow a team, because that has to be saved somewhere.
How is Pro billed?
Pro is $15/mo, charged monthly through Stripe. EdgeBoard never sees or stores your card number.
How do I cancel?
Send a note through the Contact page and the subscription is stopped before the next renewal. The plan goes back to Free when the subscription ends, and nothing more is charged. Your followed teams stay saved.
Does Pro make the predictions better?
No. Free and Pro see the same probabilities from the same model. Pro adds the reasons for every game, the full record explorer, the CSV download, every team page and the daily email.
Is there a refund if the model has a bad week?
The subscription pays for access to the tool, not for results. A model that says 70% is wrong 3 times in 10 by design, and bad weeks are part of the published record. If something on the site is broken, use the Contact page and we will put it right.
